Volunteer

Volunteer in a rewarding, fun environment surrounded by young people thankful for your contribution. As a community-based organization, New Urban Arts depends on the support from volunteers, participants, and donors to provide free programs to our city’s youth.

Volunteers gain work experience, deepen their connection to the Providence arts community, make new friends and help New Urban Arts advance its mission to empower young people to develop a creative practice they can sustain throughout their lives.

There are a variety of artistic and administrative projects that volunteers complete to support our operations. New Urban Arts designs volunteer positions and internships to succeed through a well-defined commitment and mutually discovered, concrete objectives.

We will contact you with more information about getting involved as volunteer opportunities arise throughout the year. Please be aware that we have more interest from people interested in volunteering at New Urban Arts than we have spots and space available.
